FossilionTech in Paris: In Vitro and In Vivo Analyses of VOCs in Food Demo at ThermoFisher Laboratories

A few days ago, we attended a demonstration organized by FossilionTech in the laboratories of Thermo Fisher Scientific in Paris. The performance of the SUPER SESI X-Orbitrap Exploris 120 in the in vitro and in vivo analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in food was showcased. The primary goal of this event was to demonstrate the ability of SUPER SESI X-ORBITRAP MS to detect and monitor Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in food, emphasizing the importance of incorporating this technology into food production processes for a deeper understanding of the aromas and flavors of food. Additionally, it highlights the significant improvements in food safety that can be achieved through the adoption of this technology.
